Initially, the steam hose may feel stiff, as it is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature. However, the hose will become softer as you continue using the steamer. If water leaks from the unit, make sure the water tank cap is securely attached to the tank, as improper attachment can cause improper drainage and leakage.
